Terms & Conditions — Bepch Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and the operator of the bepch platform ("bepch", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://bepch.cam.

These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the bepch website, mobile interface, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, live casino, slots and all other gaming services offered through the platform.

If it is determined that a User is underage, all funds will be withheld, any winnings will be forfeited, and the account will be closed immediately. 3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Registration and use of the bepch platform is not permitted for individuals accessing the service from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Bepch does not guarantee access or lawful use from any specific country or territory.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bepch platform. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Bepch reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds or winnings obtained through such accounts.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account:

• Individuals under the minimum age requirement;
• Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of bepch or its affiliated operators;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or subject to a platform exclusion order;
• Persons accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual (nominee accounts are prohibited).

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on bepch, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You must update this information promptly should any of it change.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bepch is required to verify the identity and age of all registered users. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Primary identity document: A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport;
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three (3) months;
• Selfie / liveness verification: A real-time photograph or automated liveness check to confirm identity against your submitted document;
• Source of funds documentation: In certain circumstances, evidence of the origin of funds deposited may be requested in compliance with AML obligations.

4.3 Verification Timing

Bepch reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts where KYC verification remains incomplete.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your bepch account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your account. Bepch will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You must notify bepch immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the bepch platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or access account functions;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or extract data from the platform;
• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion or match-fixing;
• Exploit errors, glitches or technical faults in the platform for financial gain — any such gains must be reported and will be forfeited;
• Use the platform for any money laundering or other financial crime purposes.

5.3 System Availability

Bepch endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions or force majeure events may affect availability. Bepch shall not be liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

The bepch platform supports transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal values are displayed and processed in PKR unless otherwise specified in the cashier.

6.2 Deposit Methods

The deposit methods available through the bepch cashier may include payment instruments familiar to Pakistani users — such as mobile wallet platforms and bank transfer channels. Availability of specific methods is subject to change. • Wagering requirements: The multiplier applied to bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit) that must be completed before withdrawal is permitted;
• Game contribution rates: The percentage by which wagers on specific game categories contribute toward wagering requirement completion;
• Maximum bet limit: The maximum single wager permitted while bonus funds are active — exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation;
• Validity period: The timeframe within which wagering requirements must be met before the bonus and associated winnings expire;
• Maximum withdrawal cap: Where applicable, the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus play.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers and other gaming activity on the bepch platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game, event or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only considered accepted upon receipt of written confirmation from the platform (typically displayed as a confirmed bet slip reference). Bepch reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

8.3 Errors and System Faults

Where a wager is accepted or a game outcome is registered due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, system glitches or data-feed errors — bepch reserves the right to void such transactions. Any winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid. Users who identify and exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended and winnings forfeited.

8.4 Cricket and Sports-Specific Rules

Markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and other sporting events are subject to event-specific rules governing settlement. These rules address scenarios including, but not limited to, abandoned matches, reduced-overs results, player withdrawal, venue changes and technical stoppages. 9.2 Underage Gambling

Bepch takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. If a User is found to be below the minimum eligible age, their account will be closed immediately, all funds will be withheld and any winnings will be forfeited without exception.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bepch platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false or falsified identity documentation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider knowledge exploitation or collusion;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith while retaining gaming winnings;
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, images and other intellectual property accessible on the bepch platform are the exclusive property of bepch and/or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any User a licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit any bepch intellectual property without prior written consent.

The bepch name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation without authorisation. Unauthorised use of bepch intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal remedies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bepch excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the bepch platform or any gaming service;
• Any technical failure, interruption or error in the platform's operation;
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Any reliance on information, content or advice provided on the platform;
• Any losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses from sports betting, live casino, slots or any other game.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Bepch reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license. The platform does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani governmental authority.

14.2 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome, bonus, withdrawal or any other matter, Users should first contact the bepch support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the issue together with any relevant account information. Bepch will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 No Waiver

Failure by bepch to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
